GOOD SEX

is so much more than just sex.

it’s about connection, empowerment, freedom, and most of all, It’s safe.

Who We Are

Two powerful campaigns, powered by the San Francisco Department of Public Health, dedicated to celebrating all forms of people and sexualities, creating a vibrant and inclusive community of sexual empowerment and sexual wellness:

The Good Sex Campaign

The Have Good Sex campaign is a vibrant initiative focused on promoting sexual positivity, empowerment, and inclusivity, particularly within the Black community.

Central to the campaign is the belief that good sex is so much more than just sex—it encompasses connection, freedom, and safety.

Since 2021 we’ve been sparking bold conversations that challenge stigma, foster inclusivity, and celebrate the diverse experiences that define what sex can and should be. We’re here to dismantle the shame, empower all voices, and redefine what good sex means in today’s world.

The PrEP Supports Campaign

The PrEP Supports campaign is a community-focused initiative aimed at increasing access to and education about PrEP within Black communities in San Francisco.

Recognizing the significant disparities in HIV infection rates between white individuals and people of color, this campaign was developed to address the unique needs and concerns of underserved communities.

PrEP Supports emphasizes that individuals in these communities are amazing, creative, powerful, and brilliant. By promoting PrEP as a valuable tool for maintaining health and wellbeing, the campaign seeks to empower individuals to continue being all they are and more. Now in its third year, PrEP Supports plays a crucial role in San Francisco's goal of achieving zero new cases of HIV.

Under the Stay Good Good banner, these two initiatives unite with a shared vision: to create a future where sexual health is embraced and discussed openly, where everyone has access to the knowledge and resources they need.

Join us as we continue to push boundaries, foster understanding, and redefine what it means to have good sex. Because when we talk openly, educate, and support one another, good sex becomes not just a possibility but a reality for everyone.
